MAY. 2009 The LEVEL Centre Wins National RIBA Award

Tony Parr, Regional Chairman of RIBA East Midlands, said: “By winning this award, this modest new building has made a great contribution to a truly wonderful year for the region. Set in a rural location it demonstrates the high quality architecture which is being created in Derbyshire and highlights the good design and creativity that architects can bring to exciting new projects.”

The award judges commented, “This is a highly sensitive and original piece of architecture in a crafted, inspirational design. The building fits well into its setting and promises to inspire more imaginative designs for the area."
